Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with LV FITT.
Your agreement with LV FITT is made up of your completed and signed Lifestyle Questionnaire and Contract, these terms and conditions and the terms of LV FITT. These documents together form a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read them carefully and understand them. If you have any questions, please ask LV FITT
Trainer’s Obligations
The Trainer will use his skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels and medical history.
The Trainer will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you will need to achieve your goals. Apart from the initial consultation (and the first personal training session if taken immediately afterwards) each personal training session will last approximately 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
The Trainer will provide instruction, advice, supervision and support needed within a group setting (“Class”). Each class will last around 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated.
You understand that the results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the Sessions/Classes. You acknowledge that individual results may vary and that no particular result is guaranteed by your Trainer.
All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Your Obligations
It is understood between you and your Trainer that both must commit to your training programme 100% in order for you to achieve results.
You are required to arrive on time for each Session/Class so that the Trainer’s full training plan is achieved on each visit.
You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
You are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PARQ”) before undertaking your first personal training session.
Your Trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter.
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
If your Trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.
You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by her gross negligence or intentional act.
Your Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

Lateness Policy
If the client is late the Session/Class, it cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.
If the Trainer is late, additional time will be added to the Session/Class or to subsequent Sessions/Classes.

Non-Attendance /Cancellation/ Rescheduling of Sessions/Cancellation Policy

Except for Pre-pay Options, all Packages require no less than one full calendar months’ notice to cancel.

In the event that the Client wishes to reschedule the Personal Training Session, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. All rescheduling is at LVFITT’s sole discretion.

Personal Training Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled as a result of a Client’s late arrival and in the event that the Client is late, the session will end at the appointed time. As a matter of courtesy please contact LVFITT using the details set out at the front of the Contract, in the event of an anticipated late arrival or cancellation.

In the event that the Client is unable to train due to an injury or illness (evidenced by a GP’s note to that effect) LVFITT will freeze the Client sessions pending confirmation that the Client has medical clearance from their GP to restart the Personal Training Sessions.

If the Trainer is late for a Personal Training Session, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

If LV FITT is forced to cancel a Personal Training Session within 24 hours of the scheduled date/time, LV FITT will reschedule the session at no charge to the Client.

At LV FITT, we strive to provide our members with a flexible and accommodating experience. We understand that circumstances change, and members may need to cancel their training subscription. To facilitate a smooth transition for members wishing to cancel, we have established the following 30-day notice cancellation policy.
Policy Overview:

Members wishing to cancel their training subscription must submit a written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to their desired cancellation date.

The 30-day notice period allows both the member and the gym to make necessary adjustments. Members can continue to enjoy gym access during this notice period.

​LV FITT will charge a one months cancellation fee to terminate the agreed training susbscription

The Client understands that they are entering into a binding Contract with LVFITT for Personal Training Services in accordance with the conditions set out above. In the event that the Client does not use the Services, the Client remains responsible to make payment for the full initial 3 calendar month term for the applicable Programme of Personal Training Sessions.
Health and Safety
Your Trainer has completed and holds a current certificate for emergency first aid at work approved by the Health and Safety Executive.
Your Trainer has £5 million public liability insurance cover.
If your Trainer conducts the Sessions/Classes on your premises you are responsible for providing a safe exercise environment.
